Terms & Conditions

Race2Be operates a community-led running platform. By using the service, you agree to the terms below. The specific terms that apply to you depend on whether you participate as a Runner or as a Business Owner.

Runners

Terms of Use — Runners

Free access Race2Be is free to use for runners. You can browse and sign up for races at no cost.

Self-guided, own-risk runs Every race is a self-guided run on public roads or paths. You are solely responsible for your own safety, your physical condition, and your ability to participate. We strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before taking part if you have any doubt about your fitness to run.

Race2Be, its partners, and host venues accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of a race.

Fair play Runners agree to follow the published route, respect other runners and members of the public, and abide by all applicable traffic and public-space rules.

Buy at least one drink or meal Host venues open their doors and provide a meeting point, a finish-line vibe, and often a welcome drink. In return, runners commit to ordering at least one drink or meal at the host venue on the day of the race.

Business Owners

Terms of Service — Business Owners

Success-based pricing Business Owners pay a per-attendee fee. There are no subscriptions, no setup costs, and no upfront fees. You only pay for runners who actually show up at your venue on race day.

Attendance validation Attendance is validated through the Race2Be dashboard. Runners check in on arrival; you confirm in the dashboard. Disputed check-ins are reviewed manually by the Race2Be team.

Capacity caps Each race is capped at one of three predefined capacity tiers: 10, 20, or 30 runners. You choose the cap that fits your venue when you create the event.

Code of conduct Business Owners agree to welcome all signed-up runners regardless of pace or background, honor the published welcome offer, and keep the route safe and clearly communicated.
